Shirak joined the NorthCoast team in June 2025. He has over 10 years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, and operations management. Prior to joining NorthCoast, Shirak served as Business Analytics Manager at Minneapolis-based Farnam Street Financial Inc., where he led technology implementations, process automation, and developed comprehensive portfolio performance analytics and reporting systems.
Previously, Mr. Torosian held various analytical and leadership roles across agriculture, financial services, and technology sectors, where he specialized in financial data analysis, trading system implementations, and portfolio optimization. His experience includes project management and technology solutions across multiple geographic markets.
Mr. Torosian holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from the University of International Economic Relations in Yerevan, Armenia and a Data Science Certification from American University of Armenia.
