Grace Management, founded in 1984 and headquartered in Maple Grove, MN, is a third-party management services provider for senior living communities. The Company manages 70 facilities across 22 states with approximately 7,900 units, serving independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Grace provides comprehensive operational services including facilities management, clinical operations, sales and marketing, dining services, HR and staffing, and resident engagement activities to properties owned by leading real estate investment funds.
