Minneapolis, MN, May 2015 – Spell Capital Mezzanine (“Spell”) is pleased to announce a subordinated debt investment in Anchor Fabrication (“Anchor” or the “Company”).
Founded in 1989 and based in Fort Worth, TX, Anchor is a full service metal fabrication company serving customers in a diverse set of industries, including rail, heavy truck, defense, oil & gas and logistics. Spell’s investment supported Anchor’s acquisition of Abby Manufacturing, a metal fabrication company with three facilities in Northern Mississippi serving blue chip customers in the elevator and freight & ground support equipment markets.
