Will joined the NorthCoast team in July 2022. Prior to joining NorthCoast, he worked with the private equity firm Oxbow Industries, providing financial evaluation of project investment opportunities along with developing and helping implement strategies for specific portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, and raise shareholder value. Previously, Mr. Unterseher started his career as an investment banking analyst with Chartwell Financial Advisory in their corporate finance practice. At Chartwell, Mr. Unterseher supported senior members of the firm with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and ESOP-related ownership transition transactions. Will holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
