Julia joined the NorthCoast team in November 2023. Prior to joining NorthCoast, she spent more than four years with Prudential Private Capital (PPC) in Minneapolis as an analyst and later as an associate. While at PPC, Julia worked with two separate deal teams responsible for marketing, originating, and managing private placement and mezzanine investments in the Midwest. She began her career as a credit analyst intern at U.S. Bank. Ms. Weyandt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a minor in English from the University of St. Thomas.
