Holly joined the NorthCoast team in 2022. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting and tax, most recently as CFO for The Leuthold Group, an investment management and research firm. Prior to Leuthold, Ms. Weiss served as the Controller at Churchill Capital for nine years, where she was responsible for managing accounting, auditing, reporting, investor communications, and tax matters for multiple investment funds. Before joining Churchill, Holly also worked in public accounting for four years.

Holly is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
