Grant joined the NorthCoast team in March 2019. Prior to joining NorthCoast (formerly Spell Capital Mezzanine), he worked with Hillcrest Capital Partners, a Minneapolis-based private equity firm, as an Associate and later as a member of the leadership team of a Hillcrest portfolio company that was sold to a strategic buyer. Previously, Mr. Robinson spent over three years with Craig-Hallum Capital Group as an Investment Banking Analyst supporting M&A and capital raising transactions. He began his career as an intern with with Chartwell Capital Solutions focused on business valuations and M&A advisory engagements. Mr. Robinson holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He is also a licensed CPA (Inactive) in the state of Minnesota.
