Minneapolis, MN, May 2014 – Spell Capital Mezzanine (“Spell”) is pleased to announce a $5.0 million investment in Las Vegas Color Graphics, Inc. (“LVCG” or the “Company”) as part of a recapitalization of the Company.
Founded in 1978, LVCG is the largest privately-owned, full service commercial printing company in Nevada. The Company offers a full spectrum of high-end commercial printing, mailing and signage services including electronic prepress, offset and digital printing, finishing, and fulfillment/delivery to a growing base of corporate clients nationwide.
